To do so, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:shukar@shukar.es\">shukar@shukar.es<\/a> quoting your order number.<\/p>\n<h2>Conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their tags and packaging.<\/li>\n<li>For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from exchange or return (earrings, for example), in accordance with the law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Return costs<\/h2>\n<p>The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or does not match the order, in which case we cover it.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund<\/h2>\n<p>Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used, within the period set by law.<\/p>\n<h2>Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>If what you want is to exchange a size or a piece for another, you have <strong>30 calendar days<\/strong> from delivery of your order. Write to us at <a href=\"mailto:shukar@shukar.es\">shukar@shukar.es<\/a> quoting your order number and we will tell you how.<\/p>\n<p>The shipping cost of the exchange is yours to pay, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our side or the piece arrived faulty, in which case we cover it.<\/p>\n<p>Exchanges are subject to the availability of the size or piece requested.
