Returns policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from delivery of your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at shukar@shukar.es quoting your order number.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their tags and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from exchange or return (earrings, for example), in accordance with the law.

Return costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or does not match the order, in which case we cover it.

Refund

Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used, within the period set by law.

Exchanges

If what you want is to exchange a size or a piece for another, you have 30 calendar days from delivery of your order. Write to us at shukar@shukar.es quoting your order number and we will tell you how.

The shipping cost of the exchange is yours to pay, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our side or the piece arrived faulty, in which case we cover it.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the size or piece requested. As these are handmade products in limited numbers, if it is not available we will offer you a refund.
