Data we process and why

• Order management: name, shipping and billing address, email address, telephone number and payment details, in order to process and deliver your purchase. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Newsletter: email address, in order to send you news and offers. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligations: billing data, in order to comply with tax and accounting rules. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial rules).

Recipients

Your data may be shared with the suppliers who provide services to us and act as data processors: the web hosting provider, the entity that handles payment and the courier company responsible for delivery. No international data transfers are made unless expressly stated.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to shukar@shukar.es. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
