Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, before you confirm your order.

• Mainland Spain: 8 €. Free shipping on orders over €80. Estimated delivery in 48 to 72 hours.
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15. Estimated delivery in 7 to 10 days.
• Rest of Europe: €20. Estimated delivery in 7 to 10 days.

Free shipping on orders over €80 applies only to orders delivered within mainland Spain.

Countries we ship to

As well as Spain, we ship to Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, North Macedonia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

If your country is not on the list, write to us at shukar@shukar.es and we will look into the options available.

Courier companies

We work with GLS, MRW, Correos Express, SEUR, Celeritas, Nacex and DHL. We assign the courier according to the destination of the order and give you the tracking information as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Taxes and customs

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, North Macedonia, the United Kingdom and Switzerland leave the customs territory of the European Union. Customs procedures and any taxes or charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are included neither in the product price nor in the shipping costs. Delivery to these destinations may take longer because of customs procedures.

Preparation

Every piece is handmade and is checked one by one before it is sent. That is why there can be small variations between units: they are the mark of work done by hand.

Exchanges and returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. We also accept size or garment exchanges within 30 days of delivery. See the details in our Returns policy.
