Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of products through shukar.es, whose owner is Betania Mendoza Fernández (NIF 75157354R), contact email shukar@shukar.es.

Products and prices

Products are described as accurately as possible. As these are handmade pieces, there may be small variations between units. Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout, before you confirm your order.

Checkout process

To place an order, select the products, check your cart and complete the checkout process. You will receive confirmation of the order at the email address you give us.

Payment methods

You can pay by credit or debit card and with Bizum. Payment is processed through our bank's secure gateway: your card details are entered in the bank's own environment and Shukar never stores them.

The charge is made when the order is confirmed. If the payment does not go through, the order is not confirmed and is not prepared.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from delivery of your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. See the Returns policy.

Warranty

Products carry the legal warranty provided for consumer goods under current law.
